The Walk-In Vessel Model

The aorta (abdominal artery) is the largest artery in the body. The adult aorta normally measures 2.5 to 3.5cm in diameter and 30 to 40 cm in length. Its shape resembles an upright walking stick with an arching beginning and continues straight into the pelvic region.

The Vessel Models Shows

The walk-in vessel model shows an onset aortic aneurysm which has been eliminated by a stent. A vascular calcification (arteriosclerosis) is followed by an aneurysm, incorporating fats and calcification in arterial walls and thus leading to either constricting or dilating the artery.
